33kV Sub-station Equipments Installation, Testing & Commissioning

Bio-Corn Products (EPZ) Limited located at Eldoret contracted Ezex Engineering Co. Limited to restore faulty condition in their 33kV/0.433kV sub-station equipments . The restoration works were completed within 2 days allowing production operations to resume. The works included the following major activities;

• 33kV Transformer Feeder Protection Relay Testing
• Instrument Transformers (CTs & PTs) Testing
• 33kV SF6 Breaker Testing
• Replacement of 33kV XLPE underground Cable complete with Testing
• Transformer Oil Filtration and Power Transformer Pre-commissioning Testing
• Facility earthing system testing and improvement
